Join Chef Adam Foley and celebrate the seasonal bounty with an Italian twist. Together we will create a menu full of fall flavours; Risotto with Cremini, Porcini and Parmesan; Late Harvest Ontario Tomatoes and Peaches with Burrata, Balsamic and Basil, Crostini with Cannellini, Rosemary and Olive oil, and a light Tiramisu to round out our evening.
Wines included with price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
