Have you wondered what a honing steel is? Let Chef Jessica Roberts, a Cookery veteran, help you sharpen your knife skills and learn what the hardest working tool in your kitchen can do. You will practice the correct grip, how to slice, and chiffonade with expert guidance, learn about knife maintenance and curating your own collection according to your needs. Together we will make; Grilled Chicken with Pomegranate Molasses; Saffron Rice, Quinoa Tabbouleh; Carrot-Fennel slaw with Honey Tahini dressing.
