Join Chef Jessica Roberts this evening and update classic bistro fare with fall umami flavours, starting with Grilled Caesar Salad with Toasted Nori, seared Flank Steak with Black Garlic Butter served with colourful Roasted Beets, Truffle Parmesan Fries & Chiffonade of Brussels Sprouts, and end on a sweet note with Miso Brownies with Roasted Pears & Vanilla Creme Fraiche.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
