It performs all the tasks you would want in a chef’s knife, from slicing, dicing, and chopping to making rocking cuts through herbs, yet it also offers the quick, agile performance and high degree of control that a slightly smaller knife can provide. In fact, Shun Premier’s thinner blades makes this chef’s knife lighter and less tiring to use than comparable European-style chef’s knives. The eight-inch length and razor-sharp edge is perfect for slicing, dicing, and chopping a full range of fruits, vegetables, and other foods.
The Shun Premier Chef’s Knife is available in the standard 8″ length as well as 6″. Part of the beautiful Shun Premier line, calling to mind the hand-forged knives of ancient Japan. Each knife still takes at least 100 handcrafted steps to complete, but the materials Shun uses are among the most advanced in the industry. Each blade has a cutting core of Shun’s proprietary VG-MAX œsuper steel � to hold a precision edge. The layered Damascus cladding supports the core and provides additional stain resistance.

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that your order could run out of stocks once you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
