Proteak’s cutting boards are functional and durable while being gentle on knife blades. The boards require minimal care: simply wash with soapy water and apply mineral oil occasionally. Due to naturally occurring variations in the wood grain, no two Proteak cutting boards are identical.
Available in a variety of sizes and styles. A board with a juice groove is a good choice for carving roasts, keeping juices from running off onto the counter, while a flat board is ideal for serving charcuterie.
